CEO & Founder

Having grown up watching my brother Sanjay Juggernath compete in numerous bodybuilding competitions, being in season and off-season dieting, preparing his meals for him, I had been exposed from a really young age but I, however, did not have the passion to pursue what he was so passionate about. A few years later, my first baby was born, as much as this was the most amazing experience, I was left with a whole 28kgs extra weight. Feeling extremely depressed and worn out, I decided it was time to make a change. I decided to change my life. In a few days, YES, in days I watched grams fall off and I officially was on my way to my weight loss journey. In 6 months I lost 15kgs and by 10 months I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight. This inspired me to start helping other women like me, going to the gym, losing weight, and making time for myself, not only helped me build my confidence back but it helped me with my anxiety and depression too Meeting Rudie with the help of my husband Chris, put things into motion and that’s how FitHero was born.

I have always had a major passion for fitness, health and anything to do with the body from a young age playing sport all the way through to me starting to compete in bodybuilding shows from the age of 20 years old and also graduated with a Diploma in Exercise Specialisation from ETA College. I have represented my country on international stages where I placed 3rd and won my local Nationals all the way to assisting clients from all walks of life to achieve their goals and dreams with their personal fitness journey. Now I am excited about the new journey we will be providing to all of those looking for a change and the means to do it, partnering with amazing brands and trainers to make it happen along with my partner in this Business Selina.
